The DIY comment was serious. There are some trademarks of a well versed DIYer there. Like the firedoor handles in steel/stainless. I Guess you'll find a hook Close by for a set of barbecue mitts?

And did you notice that it could be opened in the rear side if it was not mounted Close to the wall.
