Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and don't read good Norwegian unfortunately. I need to start ventilasjon project in my house ASAP therefore looking for kind recommendations:

I live in Stavanger and have already posted the job in Mittanbud, however no responses yet.

1. So As I understand I need a company recognized by Enova to create a project for me in order to get a compensation however installation of the ventilation piping I can do without this company i.e. myself. Is my understanding correct? If so I will be able to save. 

2. Do I need a company who will be doing the project drawings for me actually to visit my house or it all can be done remotely only be means of providing house floors drawings to the company?

3. Any recommendations for the company with reasonable prices to create a project for me except Makitech? According to some feedbacks here on the forum they are not the cheapest perhaps however I should say I havn't contacted them yet and I will do of course.

4. Having googled ventilasjon systems I see that Zehnder is VERY popular in US however not in Norway. Any particular reason for that? Climate?
